The Challenge

When CTO Nias Puthenveettil joined Azra, the company faced two primary challenges:

Azra’s internal recruiting process involved screening up to 800 resumes per role, shortlisting candidates, and conducting multiple rounds of interviews, which took up to 60 days per hire. This process, while thorough, needed to be faster to meet critical, time-sensitive product needs.

After moving to Strider’s process, Azra was presented with an average of 5 highly qualified, vetted candidates per role, dramatically reducing both time spent interviewing and the overall hiring timeline. The average time from candidate review to offer dropped to 18 days, with the fastest hire moving through the process in just 9 days.
